Terms and Conditions

  1. This web site is licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the purpose of the using the web–based application contained therein.

  2. All other rights are reserved. Unauthorised derivative works are not permitted. No part of this site may be reproduced, referenced from another web page or site, stored in any form of retrieval system (including, but not limited to, mechanical, photographic and electronic methods), transmitted in any form or by any means, except as may be temporarily and reasonably required to enable the user to view/use the web page or site for which it is intended, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner, nor be circulated or otherwise transferred without similar condition including this condition being imposed on the subsequent recipient.

  3. This application is provided strictly "as is" and free of charge. No warranty, expressed nor implied is offered that any content is complete and free from error. No liability is accepted for the content herein and/or the consequences of the use or misuse of this application, how-so-ever caused, including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

By using or continuing to use this web site and the application contained herein, the user irrevocably agrees to the terms and conditions of use stated in this licence agreement and to hold the provider of this site blameless for any and all consequences of the use or misuse of the site and/or application. Furthermore, the user agrees to indemnify the provider against all claims and consequential and/or related costs from a third-party, how-so-ever caused, arising from the user's use or misuse of said site and/or application.

  8. The provider reserves the right to add, alter and/or remove terms and conditions from this licence agreement at any time. Where such amendments are made they shall be published on this web page and shall be deemed effective from midnight GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) following such publication. The user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety and such alterations and amendments as may be published from time to time. The user is advised to review the effective terms and conditions periodically.

  9. This licence agreement shall continue in perpetuity unless terminated by either of the parties. The user may terminate the agreement at any time, whereupon the user agrees to make no further use of this web site and the application herein without future use of said site and application being bound by similar licence agreement. In addition, the user agrees not to make, retain nor distribute copies of the relevant copyrighted works. The provider may terminate the agreement at any time by serving notice on the user in writing or by email, whereupon the user agrees to make no further use of this web site and application herein without prior written permission of the provider. As previously, the user additionally agrees not to make, retain nor distribute copies of the relevant copyrighted works.

  10. This agreement shall be interpreted in the juristiction of the United Kingdom and under the laws of England and Wales. Where a term of this licence agreement shall be deemed individually unenforceable, by virtual of legal right or otherwise, this shall not affect the continued enforceability of the remaining terms. Where the provider chooses not to exercise a right, not to enforce a term or not to seek legal redress for a breach of a term or condition by the user, this shall not prejudice the provider's future right to do so.
